By accessing or using solarofelpaso, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform. These terms are effective from January 1, 2026.

Permitted Use

You may use solarofelpaso solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must confirm that any individual depicted in uploaded images has provided explicit consent. Processing images of minors is strictly prohibited.

Liability

solarofelpaso provides AI clothing removal technology on an as-is basis. The platform does not guarantee specific output accuracy for every image submitted, and accepts no liability for outputs used in ways that violate applicable law.

You are solely responsible for how you use, distribute, or publish any output generated through solarofelpaso. The platform disclaims all liability for consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising from misuse.

Intellectual Property

The Undress AI model, platform interface, and all associated software are the intellectual property of solarofelpaso. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any component of the platform without written authorization.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, solarofelpaso's total liability for any claim related to platform use shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Third Parties

solarofelpaso integrates with third-party APIs for image processing infrastructure. These third parties operate under their own terms and privacy policies. solarofelpaso is not responsible for their practices.

Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. solarofelpaso uses industry-standard encryption for data in transit. Uploaded images are stored temporarily and deleted within 24 hours.

Your Rights

You retain ownership of any images you upload to solarofelpaso. By uploading, you grant the platform a limited, temporary license to process the image solely for the purpose of generating your requested output.

Modifications

solarofelpaso reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms take effect upon posting to the platform. The current version is always dated and accessible from the footer.
