Data Collection

solarofelpaso collects the minimum data required to operate the platform: account email, payment information (processed by third-party providers), and images you upload for processing.

Uploaded images are used solely to generate your requested AI undressing output. They are not analyzed for demographic profiling, sold to third parties, or retained beyond 24 hours.

How We Use Your Data

Account data is used to manage your subscription, send transactional emails, and provide customer support. solarofelpaso does not use your personal data for advertising or third-party marketing purposes.

Cookies

solarofelpaso uses essential cookies to maintain session state and authentication. Analytics cookies — used to track aggregate usage patterns — can be disabled via the cookie preference panel in your account settings.

No third-party advertising cookies are placed on solarofelpaso. Affiliate tracking cookies, if present during sign-up, expire after 30 days and contain no personally identifiable information.

Data Sharing

Image data is never shared with third parties. Account and billing data is shared only with payment processors (Stripe) and email service providers (for transactional messages), both operating under strict data processing agreements.

Security

All data transmitted between your browser and solarofelpaso is encrypted via TLS 1.3. Uploaded images are stored in isolated, access-controlled environments and deleted automatically after 24 hours.

Account passwords are hashed using bcrypt. solarofelpaso conducts quarterly security reviews and does not retain unencrypted payment card data at any point.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. Submit a request through your account dashboard or email info@solarofelpaso. info@solarofelpaso.com solarofelpaso processes data rights requests within 30 days.

Third Parties

solarofelpaso uses Stripe for payment processing and a transactional email provider for account notifications. Both are GDPR-compliant processors. No image data is shared with either party.

Data Retention

Uploaded images: deleted within 24 hours of processing. Account data: retained for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days after cancellation. Payment records: retained for 7 years per legal requirements.

Policy Updates

This Privacy Policy was last updated on January 1, 2026. solarofelpaso will notify registered users of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect.
